The Australian sports teams are green and gold, though this soup tastes more like it came from a Mediterranean garden than Down Under.

Serves 4
1 cup radishes
1 cup baby arugula
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
3 scallions, coarsely chopped (don't use the last 3 inches of the green part)
3 large orange tomatoes, cut into quarters
Juice from 1 lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon smoked salt, or kosher salt
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Place all in the container of the Vita-Mix. Start on variable #1, increase to #10. Run until smooth, about a minute. Serve chilled.
